Before you decide
What happens to my trips if I stop paying?
Nothing. The memory side — trips, reports, photos, your taste profile — is free forever, not a trial. Cancelling turns off the guided planner and nothing else.
How do I cancel?
Yourself, from Settings, in about three clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal; everything you paid for keeps working until the period ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Not partial ones — you keep what you paid for through the end of the billing period instead. If something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us; there are humans here.
